# Agentic Readiness Scanner > A public scanner, operated by Alpic, that shows how clearly a website presents itself to automated agents through static retrieval: server-returned HTML, robots directives, sitemaps, structured data, API descriptions and agent-oriented documents. ## For agents Use this site when you need an evidence-backed assessment of how ready a public website is for non-browser agents. Submit the website URL with POST /api/scans, poll GET /api/scans/{id} until the status is completed, then read the tier, category scores, failed checks and remediation from the assessment. The scanner never executes JavaScript, authenticates or performs actions on the assessed site. ## Documentation - [Scanner overview](/index.md): What the scanner measures and how to start a scan from the home page. - [Check catalog](/checks.md): Every check with what it looks for, why it matters and its exact scoring criterion. - [Check catalog index](/checks/llms.txt): Section index for the catalog and methodology pages. ## API - [REST API guide](/docs/api.md): Endpoints, polling, rate limits, retry semantics and the shape of a scan record. - [OpenAPI 3.1 description](/api/openapi.json): Machine-readable contract for every public endpoint. ## Agent protocols - [MCP server card](/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json): Streamable HTTP MCP server at /api/mcp with the scan_website, get_scan and get_leaderboard tools. - [A2A agent card](/.well-known/agent-card.json): A2A 0.3 JSON-RPC agent at /api/a2a offering the scan-website skill. ## Agent Skills - [Scan a website skill](/.well-known/agent-skills/scan-website/SKILL.md): Step-by-step instructions for running a scan and reporting its result.
